How will my order be shipped?

Shipping Policies:
- Autographed Collectables chooses to ship all products registered & insured for your peace of mind.
- If you provided us with an e-mail address, you will be e-mailed a tracking number once your order has shipped.
- Signature is required for delivery
- We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes

Yes, Autographed Collectables offer a valuation service that should be accepted by all insurance companies. Each item is independently assessed and a written report is provided which includes a photo of the item and a value which we believe to be fair and accurate. Valuations are final and no refunds will be issued after payment has been made. With 12 years experience in the industry, we are confident of providing our customers with a fair valuation. Our valuations do not guarantee authenticity nor do we offer our professional opinion on whether the item is authentic or not.

My organization is holding a fundraiser, can Autographed Collectables help?

Yes, Autographed Collectables has successfully raised much needed funds for a variety of charities, schools, sporting clubs, and organizations around the world. A wide range of memorabilia can be tailored to suit your needs and be provided on consignment at a fair and reasonable price. Any amount over the agreed consignment price will be paid directly to the nominated organization. A range of products can be provided for a live and or silent auction and Autographed Collectables can handle the entire auction evening if required.

Does Autographed Collectables offer lay-by, layaway, or payment plan options?

Yes, affordable payment plans are available which can be tailored to suit your requirements. Please phone 02 9625 0466 within Australia or toll free within the United States, 866 377 6774 and speak to one of our friendly staff who can organize a flexible and affordable payment plan to suit your needs. While there are no administrative fees for setting up a payment plan, there is a $50.00 AUD administration charge if your payment plan is terminated.

My purchase didn’t make it in one piece, what should I do?

Please remember that all claims must be made within 7 days of you receiving your goods or your right to claim will be revoked.

What is Autographed Collectables return policy?

Autographed Collectables offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and return policy on our products so long as the following conditions are met:

Your claim is made within 7 days of you receiving the goods.
The goods are returned in the same condition that they were received in.
Shipping costs are non refundable.

If eligible, you refund will be processed within 7 days. Unfortunately products that have been specially ordered from other companies are not entitled to a refund.
